Shoply uses the following information from your store:
Includes product title, description, images, prices, etc. Shoply uses its best judgement to determine which product metafields to use when answering customer questions. You can also blacklist specific product metafields to exclude them from being used by the AI—see How to Blacklist Product Metafields for details.
Custom content that you provide to train the AI on your store’s unique knowledge. This can include FAQs, product guides, or any other relevant information.
Content from your online store’s visible pages and blog posts.
Includes refund and shipping policies.
Content from your store’s home page.
Customers need to be logged in or provide their email and order ID to receive answers to order-related questions. If they don’t have the order ID they can also just provide their email address and we can send them a code to verify their identity.
